Manufacturing Engineer

1. At least a Degree in Mechanical / Material / Aeronautical Engineering
2. At least 3 year experience as manufacturing Engineering
3. Candidate who is familiar with Aerospace industry specifications and requirement e.g. Nadcap or AS9000 will have distinct advantage.
4. Good knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing techniques. Candidates with Six Sigma Green belt and above certification will be preferred.
5. Ability to provide manufacturing tooling design and modifications
6. Experienced with weld quality verification techniques and standards preferred
7. Knowledge of processes such as heat treatment, metal forming, chemical processing (passivation).
8. Ability to interpret technical drawings / schematics.
9. Able to work with little or no supervision and be a self-motivated individual.
10. Display initiative and willingness to learn new disciplines and accept responsibilities
11. Sound command of written & spoken English
12. Experience in mechanical component manufacturing.
13. Experience with weld quality verification techniques and standards preferred but not essential.
14. Knowledge of welding effects on materials and ability to identify and correct common problems (Voids, Inclusions, excess HAZ) preferred but not essential.
15. Experience in Technical Document Creation.
16. Knowledgeable in Process Troubleshooting and investigation.
17. Experience in using Problem solving tool; Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.

Quality Engineer

1. Degree in Mechanical / Material / Aeronautical Engineering
2. At least 3 year experience as Quality Engineer
3. Highly conversant in Microsoft Office application software.
4. Sound command of written & spoken English
5. Must be able to work with little or no supervision and be a self-motivated individual.
6. Display Initiative and willingness to learn new disciplines and accept responsibility.
7. Knowledge in SPC, FMEA, Six Sigma tools
8. Knowledge in QMS such as ISO 9001:2000 / AS 9100 / ISO14000, Nadcap requirement
9. Familiar with the use precision measurement instruments.
10. Able to interpret technical drawings / schematics and demonstrate a basic understanding of metrology.
11. Knowledge of processes such as heat treatment, welding, metal forming, passivation.
