PROJECT COST CONTROLLER

DAILY DUTIES

• Monitoring and ensuring that every new PO has a project budget which has to be signed
• Preparation of group job/project costing report on monthly basis
• Work closely with Project Managers to accurately forecast Cost at Completion
• Perform close out project accounts upon project completion
• Preparation of group and entities PSR ("Project Status Report") on monthly basis 
• Investigate if any unusual margins or cost overrun
• Monitoring any potential LD claims and Foreseeable Loss
• Collecting data to evaluate existing  cost drivers
• Development of new labor and overhead rates

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting from reputable university
• Min 5 years relevant working experience in similar capacity
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Able to work under deadline, accurate and well organized
• Strong command of English
• Have good personality and interpersonal skill sets
