Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Establish good process controls to maintain process performance to achieve Yield targets.
Product Yield improvement and process improvement.
Perform process capability studies to enhance productivity through necessary process changes.
Qualification of new products, new equipment and processes start up.
Create and maintain test procedures and work instructions (WI).
Product testing and verification and Failure analysis.
Shift work is required.
Job Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree, 5 or more years of applicable experience is preferred.
Major in Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
Strong leadership skill.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office application software
Knowledge of FMEA, Minitab, DOE, Six Sigma, APQP, 8D , Autocad.
Good communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
